2.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their tax needs and financial goals.
Offer tailored tax services such as tax filing, tax planning, and compliance advisory based on the client's requirements.
Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
3. Consultation and Advisory:
Conduct meetings and calls with potential clients to explain tax services, pricing, and benefits.
Work with the internal tax advisory team to provide basic tax consultations to clients and connect them with expert advisors when necessary.
4. Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Track and report on sales activities and progress through CRM tools or other reporting systems.
5. Market Awareness:
Stay informed about the latest tax regulations, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
Identify new business opportunities, such as changes in tax laws that may create new client needs.
6. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with tax consultants and product teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
2. Experience: 1 year of sales experience, preferably in financial services, taxation, or accounting & freshers are encouraged.
3. Knowledge: Basic understanding of tax filing processes, tax regulations, and financial services.
