If so, we are seeking a 'Director Operations' to take ownership of the end-to-end operations of our AI-powered Talent Cloud venture, leading the way towards its success. As one of the initial founding members of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be responsible for managing our sub-vendor network, ensuring the successful delivery of resources and teams to our clients, and ensuring client success through effective client management. You will also be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our vendors and ensuring the continuous development of our vendor network. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and make a significant impact in a high-growth startup environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end operations of the business, including successful delivery of overseas clients' requirements (provisioning fully vetted elite talent and teams on demand), ensuring timely and high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
2. Develop and manage relationships with independent tech experts and sub-vendors to ensure a robust talent pool and smooth operations.
3. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in operations, delivery, client engagement, and vendor management.
4. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations, delivery, customer success, and vendor management.
5. Interact with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success and satisfaction with our services.
6. Manage and coach a team of operations, delivery, customer success, and vendor management professionals to ensure success.
7. Contribute to the growth and success of our startup by being an active and engaged founding member, building the culture and processes that will define our future success.
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
1. 2+ years of experience in end-to-end operations management, delivery management, or customer success roles, preferably in the tech industry
2. Experience in vendor development, vendor management, account management, service delivery, and client success.
3. Experience working in a cloud-based model for technology consulting, staffing, and resourcing.
4. Strong leadership and people management skills and demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams and projects.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and engage with worldwide clients and team members at all levels.
6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make decisions.
7. Experience with AI/ML/NLP-powered talent clouds or similar platforms is preferred
Strong understanding of cloud technologies and services.
8. Proven ability to take ownership and drive results and proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
9. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
10. Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
11. Passionate and driven with a desire to be an active and engaged founding member of a high-growth startup.
12. Prior experience in IT services, IT consulting, or staffing industry.
