About the job

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented technical customer support specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for providing technical assistance and support related to our software products, ensuring customers can optimize their use of our tools effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide timely and accurate customer support via email, phone, or live chat
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our products and services
3. Assist customers in setting up and configuring software to fit their needs
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings to offer potential solutions
5. Document customer interactions and solutions effectively
6. Collaborate with the technical team to enhance product functionality based on customer feedback

Requirements:

1. Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and applications
2. Experience in providing customer support in a tech environment, particularly with SaaS products
3. Proficiency in using help desk software and CRM systems like Intercom
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
5. A passion for technology and a strong desire to help others
6. Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic team environment
