About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. You will be responsible for driving the development and success of our products by blending technical expertise with a strategic mindset. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.
- Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer feedback.
2. Technical Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Facilitate collaboration between developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
3. Product Development:
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature documentation.
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives with the development team.
4. Customer-Centric Approach:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide product improvements.
- Conduct user testing and analyze data to understand user needs and preferences.
5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Define product metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct post-launch analysis to track performance and impact.
