Key responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
2. Answer incoming calls and respond to online chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
3. Provide product information, and pricing details, and answer any questions or concerns that customers may have.
4. Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
6. Follow up with leads and prospects via phone calls or emails to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
8. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales activities, customer service standards, and data security.
10. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales and communication skills.
