Telecaller (Admission Counselling) Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure strict adherence to check-in time
2. Perform initial calls and assign leads to academic counselors
3. Ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets are met (program presentation)
4. Work in close collaboration with academic counselors, academic mentors, and the marketing team

Additional details:

1. Job Nature: Full-time work from home
2. Work Hours: 6 days a week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
3. Please note that if your daily call schedule target is not met you will have to work after work hours and also whenever new inbound leads come, acknowledge them and schedule calls
4. Personal smartphone (business WhatsApp, google calendar, product app, and CRM app) required
5. Vi/Airtel/Jio strong network signal required (company shall provide the SIM card)
6. Workflow: Keep checking inbound lead sources and with people who handle inbound leads > Perform initial calls > Schedule program presentations > Recheck and attempt no-response cases > Assign academic counselors > Assist academic counselors in conversions
7. Experience in telecalling especially in any ed tech firm preferred
