We are seeking a diligent and persuasive Telecaller with excellent Excel skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, maintaining call records, and managing data efficiently using Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
2. Maintain and update customer databases in Excel.
3. Record call outcomes and customer information accurately.
4. Generate reports and analyze data using Excel.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve targets.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, and basic reporting.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
5. High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
