Telecaller Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up with existing clients
2. Identify and qualify leads by gathering key information during calls to assess the potential of converting them into customers
3. Initiate 100 outbound calls daily to customers or prospects to promote products/services, resolve inquiries, or provide information
4. Present and promote products or services to customers over the phone
5. Answer inbound calls from customers and provide relevant product/service information
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus
2. Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory
3. Strong verbal communication and listening skills
4. Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly
5. Proficiency in English and Hindi
