2. Language skills: Proficiency in Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory.
3. Knowledge of Hindi and English is a plus.
4. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
5. Freshers are welcome.
6. Technical requirements:
a. Personal laptop or desktop with webcam.
b. Stable Wi-Fi connection with minimum 10 Mbps speed.
c. Smartphone with WhatsApp for official communication.
7. Key skills:
a. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
b. Sales-driven with a customer-centric approach.
c. Ability to handle objections and resolve conflicts effectively.
d. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
8. Good speaker in only Marathi language.
9. Able To solve problems.
10. Dedicated to work.
