Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales:
a. Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers in the Marathi language.
b. Promote company products and services and convert inquiries into sales.
c. Follow up with leads to ensure closure.

2. Customer support:
a. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or technical issues related to the company's products or services.
b. Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer concerns.
c. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

3. Record management:
a. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
b. Track sales progress and customer feedback for reporting.

4. Team collaboration:
a. Coordinate with the sales and support teams to address complex queries.
b. Share customer insights to improve product offerings and service quality.

Working hours: 9 hours/day (flexible within standard business hours).

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any field.

2. Language skills: Proficiency in Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory.

3. Knowledge of Hindi and English is a plus.

4. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.

5. Freshers are welcome.

6. Technical requirements:

a. Personal laptop or desktop with webcam.

b. Stable Wi-Fi connection with minimum 10 Mbps speed.

c. Smartphone with WhatsApp for official communication.

7. Key skills:

a. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

b. Sales-driven with a customer-centric approach.

c. Ability to handle objections and resolve conflicts effectively.

d. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

8. Good speaker in only Marathi language.

9. Able To solve problems.
