The sales executive is responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to introduce and promote the company's products or services.
Key responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to potential customers and explaining to them the benefits of the company's products or services.
2. Your responsibility will involve using cold-calling techniques to schedule course demos for eHobby.
3. Initiating phone conversations with parents who complete the demo classes for their kids.
4. Answering customer questions and addressing objections.
5. Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
6. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and market trends.
Requirements:-
1. Proficient in English speaking.
2. Proven sales experience, particularly in cold calling.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Ability to effectively use a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
7. Knowledge of the company's products and services.
8. - Preferably from the Ed-tech Sales background.
9. Must be from Kolkata.
10. Any graduate/postgraduate with a strong desire to make a career in sales.
11. Any experience in BPO or sales roles is an added advantage.
