As a telecaller at Growth Equation, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for engaging with potential clients through phone calls to drive growth for our company. Your role will involve showcasing your proficiency in both spoken English and Hindi, as well as your strong written English skills. Your expertise in MS Excel will also come in handy as you track and analyze client data to identify growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
2. Follow up with leads through phone and email to nurture relationships and close sales.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in MS Excel for future reference.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for acquiring new clients.
5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
6. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
7. Update your knowledge of our products and services continuously to effectively communicate with clients.
