Telecaller(Female) Job (Remote)

As a Telecaller at LIC IMF, you will have the chance to interact with clients and provide them with information about our insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to potential clients to offer insurance solutions.
2. Providing information on various insurance products and services offered by LIC IMF.
3. Answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
4. Following up on leads and scheduling appointments for sales representatives.
5. Get the customer's email ID and phone number.

You will be required to make calls using your own SIM card, and the company will reimburse the expenses for the SIM and call charges. Your main responsibility will be to contact clients, explain our insurance products and services, and collect their email IDs and phone numbers. For each call, you will receive Rs. 20, which will be part of your variable salary, totaling Rs. 5,000. In addition to this, your fixed salary will be Rs. 12,000, making the total salary Rs. 17,000.

The working hours are from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
The interview will be conducted via Google Meet.
