Telecaller Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to educate them about LIC IMF products and services
2. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries promptly and professionally
3. Get customer's phone number and Email ID
4. Follow up with potential leads to ensure a high conversion rate
5. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service to clients

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Strong sales and negotiation abilities
3. Proficiency in relevant software applications (Training will be provided)
4. Experience in telemarketing or customer service will be an added advantage.
5. Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
6. High school diploma or equivalent
7. Only females are preferred
