Telecaller Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound & Outbound Calls: Reach out to all inquiries, qualify leads, and assess their level of interest.
2. Lead Filtering: Identify high-potential customers and forward only qualified leads to the sales team.
3. Basic Pitching: Provide an introductory overview of services and address basic objections.
4. Follow-ups: Track warm leads and nurture them to ensure conversion.
5. Data Entry & Reporting: Update CRM records and monitor lead status.
6. Minimum Call Target: Meet a daily target for quality conversations.
7. Coordination with Sales: Share lead insights and schedule appointments for the sales team.
