About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to citizens across Uttar Pradesh to promote sustainable and environmentally friendly government schemes.
2. Explain the environmental and economic benefits of adopting sustainable practices, including renewable energy use and waste reduction.
3. Guide citizens on how to take advantage of government programs designed to support sustainability.
4. Assist individuals in applying for relevant government schemes and incentives.
5. Track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up to promote successful adoption.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and support.
7. Meet or exceed engagement and adoption targets.
8. Stay updated on the latest government schemes and trends related to sustainability and renewable energy.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or telecalling (preferably related to sustainability, renewable energy, or government programs).

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts in a simple, clear way.

- Customer-focused with a passion for promoting environmentally friendly practices.

- Knowledge of sustainability, government schemes, or renewable energy is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

- Must have access to a personal laptop and mobile.

- Fluency in Hindi and/or regional languages spoken in Uttar Pradesh is preferred.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and telecalling systems.
