As a telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company and generating sales. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on inbound and outbound calling and understanding customer needs and requirements
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
3. Call clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
4. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Requirements and skills:
1. Proven experience as a sales executive/telecaller or relevant role
2. International telecalling experience is preferable
3. Excellent customer service and sales skills
4. Strong verbal and written communicator
5. Proficiency in English
6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
7. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
8. Fast learner and passion for sales
9. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
10. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
