Telecaller Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct a minimum of 40 outbound sales calls daily to potential franchisees, addressing inquiries and explaining the preschool franchise opportunity
2. Compose clear, persuasive emails for lead follow-ups and provide additional information
3. Deliver confident presentations via video calls to showcase Little Einsteins' franchise model and value proposition
4. Research competitors and analyze industry trends during non-calling hours to refine outreach strategies
5. Create engaging, informative content related to early childhood education for outreach campaigns, email follow-ups, and presentations
6. Track call outcomes, document feedback, and provide regular reports to the management team
7. Schedule follow-up calls and facilitate franchise presentations or virtual meetings as required
8. Collaborate with the sales team to track lead progress and strategize effective outreach
9. Communicate the unique value of the Little Einsteins franchise model, emphasizing curriculum, support system, and growth potential

Requirements:

1. Fluency in English and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Previous experience in the education industry is essential
3. Proficiency in using CRM software, email platforms, and video conferencing tools
4. Self-motivated, able to work independently from home with minimal supervision, managing an 8-hour workday effectively
5. Prior experience in telesales, customer engagement, or related sales field
6. Analytical skills to conduct research and competitor analysis, understanding market dynamics within the preschool sector
