Job Title: Telecaller (Sales & Customer Onboarding)

Storekriti is looking for driven and persuasive Telecallers who can convert leads into customers and boost sales. This is not just a fixed salary job our sales team shares in the company's success through an exciting profit-sharing model! The more you sell, the more you earn!

Key responsibilities:

1. Call and follow up with potential leads provided by the company
2. Convince and convert leads into paying customers
3. Assist in customer onboarding and guide them through the sales process
4. Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize conversions
5. Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in the system
6. Build strong relationships with customers and provide post-sales support.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
Experience in telesales/customer onboarding (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong convincing ability & sales mindset
Ability to work under targets & drive results
Basic knowledge of e-commerce or online store platforms is a plus


Compensation & benefits:

Fixed Salary: 10,000-15,000 per month (Just a base, the real earning is in profit-sharing!)
