We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.
A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company s clientele.
Key responsibilities:
1. Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell our technology & DaaS solutions
2. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
3. Use scripts to provide information about product s features, prices, etc. and present their benefits
4. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer s requirements
5. Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our solutions meet their needs and asking them to take the right decision with an effective & ethical sales process
6. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company s reputation
7. Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
8. Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
1. Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
3. Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Proficient in English
6. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
7. Persistent and results-oriented
8. Patient and able to handle customer rejection
9. Open to learning sales strategies since we will be providing you with a sales framework designed to make you a rockstar in sales and marketing skills
