Telesales Executive Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers to introduce our products/services.
2. Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions to drive sales.
3. Follow up on leads, qualifying prospects and setting appointments for the sales team.
4. Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and sales activities.
5. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
6. Handle customer objections and address inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
7. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
8. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
9. Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to offer the best solutions to customers.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales-related role.
2. Strong phone presence and experience in making effective calls.
3. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products and services.
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
6. Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
8. Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain motivation.
9. Good organizational skills to manage leads, sales activities, and follow-ups.
10. Basic knowledge of the industry and products is a plus.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
2. Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer service (1-2 years).
3. Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and resilience.
