Key responsibilities:

1. Commit to a minimum of 18 on-call hours per week, between 9 am to 9 pm, Monday to Sunday
2. Maintain a minimum quality score as assigned by the system and quality team
3. Participate in video refreshers, training sessions, and periodic knowledge assessments
