1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment
2. Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in various media channels, such as newspapers, websites, and magazines
3. Utilize social media platforms to attract candidates, establish relationships with them, and connect with employers
4. Engage in headhunting activities, including identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be employed, and utilizing candidate databases to match them with suitable vacancies
5. Request references and conduct applicant suitability checks
6. Provide candidates with detailed briefings regarding job responsibilities, salary, and benefits
7. Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates as per management requests.
8. Communicate interview outcomes to candidates
9. Achieve and surpass targets, which may be related to the number of successfully placed candidates
10. Collaborate with key stakeholders at Zyoin to ensure the acquisition of the right talent for our customers
