Training Coordinator Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan and schedule training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.
2. Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts to deliver training programs.
3. Manage training logistics, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, and technology setup.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for training participants, providing information, support, and guidance.
5. Communicate with clients to understand their training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
6. Maintain effective communication channels with trainers and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of training events.
7. Track and manage participant registrations, attendance, and feedback.
8. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including participant lists, evaluations, and certificates.
9. Analyze training data and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement.
10. Ensure that all training materials and content meet K2B Learning's quality standards.
11. Gather and analyze participant feedback to continuously improve training offerings.
12. Assist in the development and revision of training materials to keep them up-to-date and relevant.
