About the job
A trip coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of a trip or tour, from the initial planning stages through to the end of the trip.

Key responsibilities:

1. Planning and coordinating travel itineraries- this includes researching and selecting destinations, booking accommodations, arranging transportation, and coordinating activities and excursions
2. Communicating with clients- work closely with clients to ensure that their travel preferences and requirements are met, and to provide regular updates and information about the trip
3. Managing budgets- managing the trip budget and ensuring that all expenses are kept within the allocated budget
4. Handling logistics- work on arranging visas, travel insurance, and other necessary documents, as well as coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers
5. Providing customer service- provide excellent customer service to clients, address any concerns or issues that arise during the trip, and ensure that clients have a positive travel experience
6. Supervising staff- in some cases, trip coordinators may need to supervise other staff members, such as tour guides or drivers
7. Maintaining records- maintaining accurate records of travel itineraries, expenses, and client information

Who can apply

1. At least a high school diploma or equivalent (preferable- a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as hospitality, tourism, or business)

2. Excellent organizational and time management skills- able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while ensuring that all aspects of the trip are organized and running smoothly

3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure

4. Knowledge of travel industry trends and regulations

5. Strong communication skills- able to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other team members to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 12,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
