1. Redesign key sections of the SPICE app for an intuitive and engaging user experience.
2. Ensure that design standards are applied consistently across all projects.
3. Lead design sprints and collaborate cross-functionally with teams and third-party vendors.
4. Develop and present documentation, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
5. Use user testing to make data-driven improvements to the product.
