We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other reports
2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
3. Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
4. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
5. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
6. Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory reports
7. Assist with audits and other financial investigations
8. Provide financial analysis and support to management as needed
9. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes US tax regulations, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field
CPA certification preferred
Good experience in accounting or related field
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
