About the job

We are looking for a 'US Growth Associate' to spearhead our expansion efforts in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, execute & Iterate strategies to drive growth and expand our client base in the US market targeting the BFSI and technology industry.
2. Research to understand Consumer Behaviour and buying patterns.
3. Collaborate with the team to create a comprehensive outreach plan to engage prospects effectively.
4. Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, pain points, and objectives.
5. Work closely with the CEO to finalize deals and ensure successful closures.
6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners to support business development efforts.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
8. Provide regular reports and updates on US market performance and growth initiatives to senior management.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Masters degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

2. 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, market research, and deal closure preferably within the United States L&D or training industry.

3. Strong understanding of the BFSI and SaaS sectors, with a focus on identifying opportunities for capability building.

4. The ability to communicate and engage with global clients (high growth startup experience would be great).

5. Strong understanding of marketing concepts and lead generation strategies, with a track record of driving growth.

6. Proficiency in analytics tools and CRM software, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

7. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.

8. Strategic thinking and planning skills, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions to clients.

9. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

10. Enthusiasm for the startup space and open to learning and adapting to changes in the startup ecosystem.
