Video Editor/Animator Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing: Edit and enhance raw footage to create high-quality, engaging video content.
2. Animation & Motion Graphics: Design and animate elements for social media, advertisements, explainer videos, and branding.
3. Storyboarding & Concept Development: Work with the content and design teams to develop compelling video concepts.
4. Social Media Video Production: Create short-form video content, reels, ads, and promotional clips for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
5. Branding & Visual Effects: Maintain consistency with Digital Ipsum's brand identity through creative video editing and animations.
6. Audio Editing & Syncing: Enhance video content with background scores, voiceovers, and sound effects for a polished final product.
7. Content Repurposing: Convert existing marketing materials into engaging video formats.
8. File Management & Organization: Maintain an organized video library and backup files for future use.

What We Expect from You:

1. Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in video editing, animation, or motion graphics.
2. Editing Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
3. Animation Skills: Experience with 2D/3D animation tools like After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
4. Creative Storytelling: Ability to turn ideas into engaging visual narratives.
5. Understanding of Social Media Trends: Knowledge of video trends, transitions, and editing styles for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
6. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for color correction, composition, and seamless transitions.
7. Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
8. Collaboration Skills: Work closely with content writers, designers, and marketers to create impactful video content.
