Video Editor Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Edit full-length podcast episodes (40-60 minutes) with smooth transitions and high-quality audio.
2. Create short-form video reels (30 sec & 60 sec) optimized for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
3. Add captions, motion graphics, thumbnails, and necessary branding elements.
4. Ensure high-quality audio balancing (remove background noise, equalize voice levels).
5. Work on quick revisions based on feedback from the team and guest.
6. Deliver final output within 48-72 hours from receiving raw footage.
7. Maintain consistent branding and style across all videos.
