I'm looking for a virtual assistant who can help me out with the daily management tasks of the YouTube channels we run.
Key responsibilities:
1. Uploading YouTube videos across different YouTube channels
2. Organizing scripts, voiceovers, etc.
3. Working on quality assurance of the videos produced (making sure that videos are produced the way they are supposed to be, looking at the comments to make sure the audience is satisfied), etc.
The candidate should have decent communication skills and must be good with English
Should have good knowledge about the western culture overall
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
