Key responsibilities:

1. Configure and customize our newly launched LMS website to meet specific client requirements.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS and provide timely support to users.
3. Conduct training sessions for instructors and learners on LMS functionality.
4. Monitor system performance, security, and compliance.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend enhancements to improve the LMS.
