Key Responsibilities:

This is a full-time, remote role for an 'Associate Web Developer/Associate Software Engineer' at Webtezza Pvt Ltd. The developer will be responsible for front-end and back-end development, programming, and supporting company projects. React and Laravel expertise is essential, with experience in Redux as a strong advantage. Knowledge of WordPress is beneficial.

Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in React (with Redux) and Laravel
2. Experience with Tailwind
3. Familiarity with WordPress Theme Development is a plus
4. Minimum one year of proven experience in web development
5. Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
7. Experience with database management and design
Knowledge of software development best practices
