As the Web3 Founder, you will drive the strategic direction, growth, and success of our Web3-focused initiatives. This position is perfect for a passionate fresher with a strong interest in Web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized finance (DeFi). You will shape our Web3 strategy, explore opportunities, and bring innovative ideas to life.
Key responsibilities:
1. Research and gain deep knowledge of Web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and emerging trends
2. Collaborate with the team to define and implement our Web3 strategy, aligning it with our business objectives
3. Identify and evaluate potential opportunities within the Web3 landscape, including DeFi and innovative projects
4. Develop and present creative ideas and business models leveraging Web3 technologies
5. Drive the development and implementation of blockchain-based solutions, such as decentralized applications
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Web3 technologies into existing products or create new ones
7. Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and Web3 best practices
8. Build relationships with industry stakeholders, blockchain projects, and technology providers
9. Act as a thought leader, representing the company at industry events and conferences
10. Identify funding opportunities to support the growth of our Web3 initiatives
11. Continuously refine our Web3 strategy based on market feedback and evolving trends

Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 160000 /year
2. Other incentives: ₹40000 /year
