We are seeking a dynamic workshop coordinator to join our team at Sakshi company! As a workshop coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing workshops and training sessions for our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement workshop schedules and agendas to ensure smooth execution of events.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to secure necessary resources and materials for workshops.
3. Manage workshop registration processes, including communicating with participants and collecting feedback.
4. Utilize effective communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is provided to all stakeholders.
5. Utilize Google Suite (G Suite) to create and share documents, manage calendars, and collaborate with team members.
6. Monitor workshop budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
7. Evaluate workshop effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements to enhance overall quality.
