About the job

Key responsiblities:

1. Handling the channels end-to-end, posting videos in the prescribed time, and editing the videos
2. Adhering to the schedule of editing outputs and posting, be prompt in undertaking revisions, and keep the team updated on daily workflow progress
3. Making thumbnails for the channels: content sourcing, references, material, instructions, and complete guidelines you'd need to function effectively

Note:

1. It is a full-time job, so daily reports and checks will be in place, and the candidate must cooperate to ensure transparency
2. They must be committed to learning about YouTube algorithms and their functioning
3. Our YouTube specialist would oversee the operations and maximize results in coordination with the candidate

Were back with a fantastic opportunity for a Full-Time YouTube and Channel Manager for a multi-million, multi-channel YouTube team, Bisbo.

Were seeking a skilled, committed professional who is passionate about content creation and enjoys seeing their work do wonders for everyone. You will be responsible for complete end-to-end operations of 1/2 of YouTube channels, from posting to thumbnails and editing videos and shorts. Prior experience and knowledge of handling YouTube channels will significantly boost your profile.

Software Requirement:

Mandatory: Adobe Premier Pro or any equivalent video editing software (Capcut, Wondershare, Da Vinci, etc), Canva

Optional: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, OR Any Equivalent Graphic Software, Knowledge of using AI tools

Availability: Full-Time, 20-40 Hours a week (Mon-Fri)

Age and Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Pay Range: Industry Standard, subject to profile and experience

Skill Requirements: Short Form and Long Form Content + Graphic Work

Location: Remote (Anywhere) or Hybrid (Mumbai Based)

Salary
