Key responsibilities:

1. Retain existing clients by renewing their subscriptions through our products offerings in line with their investment goals
2. Probe, identify, and create opportunities by interacting with existing customers with an emphasis on our product offerings and highlight the importance of wealth creation in the long term
3. Follow up proactively, build client relationships, and renew leads that are due to expire
4. Reach maximum clients each day and maintain a healthy business relationship with them to sustain continuity
5. Make a minimum of 100 to 120 calls per day and deliver talk-talk time as per business productivity benchmark and standards
6. Maintain the retention rate % (conversion) consistently at the expected standards by renewing the subscribers before the expiry
7. Deliver daily productivity and conversion goals as per the business requirements (KPI)

Skills & Requirements:

1. Graduates
2. At least 2-3 years working in hardcore sales profile, renewals or retention business or collections background, product cross-sell/up-sell experience from telemarketing/tele-calling in BPO will be considered
3. Sales experience in the equity/BFSI/finance sector will be added advantage
4. Fluency in English & Hindi is a must
