Key responsibilities:

1. Follow the background verification standards
2. Check the authenticity of the candidate s qualification, employment history & criminal records (databases)
3. Complete the allocated task within timelines along with the required standard as defined in the process(es)
4. Maintain/Update various MISs (individual log, contact database, etc.)
5. Co-operate in achieving individual as well as company goals (quality goals, productivity, etc.)
6. Ensure that any escalation/discrepancy must be reported/handled in time

Probation:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 5%

3. Other incentives: 5%
