Research Associate (Social Science) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist with various research studies, data collection, data analysis, write reports
2. Work and document the foundation s work plan, operating procedures, and observations across the BoP community in Jharkhand, deriving insights
3. Work with members of the foundation to identify specific research problems, formulate research questions, and design solutions for the community
4. Work in the respective communities to gather primary information, collect and collate data from governmental and non-governmental sources
5. Work using qualitative and quantitative frameworks to organize, analyze and interpret the data
6. Write regular analytical notes & documentation and prepare & present reports

Requirements:

1. Interest and passion to work in the social sector
2. A master s degree in social work, management, or other relevant fields
3. Fluency in Hindi and English
4. Effective communication skills with the community, and others as required
5. Ability to work full-time & willing to travel to multiple locations as required
