1. Proven experience in setting up processes and developing scripts for customer service or sales, preferably in the ed tech or travel industry.
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to different customer needs.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
6. Flexible availability to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,20,000 /year
