About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Operation and maintenance of AV(Audio Visual) equipment, like display, camera, microphone, amplifier, switches, TV, Video Conferencing etc.
2. Have to conduct video conference (VC) as per the requirement of the client and ensure a smooth run of the same on platforms like Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams etc.
3. Troubleshoot any technical problem during the VC
4. Maintain the status of every device installed at the site and to report about the same
5. Work on the network as and when required

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

3. Experience in audio-visual equipment installation and maintenance

4. Technical skills in troubleshooting AV systems

5. Knowledge of AV technology brands like Kramer, Crestron, CISCO, Polycom, etc.

6. Strong problem-solving abilities

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

8. Ability to work well in a team environment

9. Relevant certifications in audio-visual technology are a plus
