Key responsibilities:

1. Approach members of the public in public spaces, such as malls, streets & corporate events.
2. Engage people in conversations about our cause, listening to their interests and concerns
3. Present our organization's mission and programs, highlighting the impact of donations
4. Secure commitments for regular giving and one-time donations
5. Maintain accurate records of conversations, donations, and interactions
6. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and achieve team goals
7. Be responsible for maintaining the required level of confidentiality on information relating to CBM India and its supporters
8. Meet and exceed monthly fundraising targets
9. Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager
