We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented restaurant captain to lead our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dining area, ensuring guests receive outstanding service. You will coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience. Additionally, you will manage seating arrangements, and assist with staff training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and seat guests, manage reservations and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
2. Oversee the dining room flow to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
3. Assist with staff training, development, and scheduling.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
5. Handle special guest requests and ensure memorable dining experiences.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
4. Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
5. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
6. Knowledge of food and beverage service and restaurant operations.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 2,40,000 /year
