Restaurant Captain Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greeting and welcoming guests when they enter
2. Thanking guests and conveying gratitude while they are exiting
3. Explaining different menu items and offering recommendations
4. Answering any questions about the ingredients of a dish on the menu
5. Serving food and beverages to guests, if required
6. Presenting the final bill to guests for payment
7. Timing different dishes effectively to maximise the dining experience
8. Addressing any guests complaints or requests

Skills:

1. Good command of both spoken and written English.
2. Should have a pleasing personality.
3. Excellent guest service skills.
4. Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
