Retail Field Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sell company products/services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch.
2. Attend all enquiry calls within the TAT (Turnaround Time).
3. Generate own leads through door-to-door activity and cold calls in the assigned area.
4. Submit daily call reports to the reporting manager.
5. Conduct weekly BTL (Below The Line) activities through kiosk activity, leafleting, and brochure distribution, etc.
6. Conduct and participate in on-ground activities/group activities to counter competition.
7. Generate sales from low-utilized elements within the assigned area to maximize capacity utilization.

4. Should be flexible to travel and work in the field
5. This is a field job, for which a bike/original driving license or learning license is compulsory.
