JOB DESCRIPTION Retail Marketing Manager Department Marketing Location The Centrium, Phoenix Market City, Kurla West (Mumbai) Reports to Head - Digital Marketing Job Title: Retail Marketing Manager Job Description Responsibilities: Lead Retail Marketing and Institutional Alliances for pan India Strategize initiatives to drive customer experience and awareness Finalize right mix of digital and offline activities to maximize footfalls and capacity utilization in clinics Plan and execute catchment mapping and catchment activations (BTL and alliances) Initiate local tie-up with communities and institutions (healthcare and non- healthcare) for each clinic Drive footfall and walk-ins through BTL (Print, Radio, Seminars &Webinars) National tie-ups with Health care providers, Health and Fitness Start-ups, Insurance Providers, Digital Payment companies and Corporates Set up process and drive referrals and repeat patients Track and enhance patient experience through Market Search, Reviews, NPS, Surveys and Feedback both digitally and at customer touchpoints in clinic/call centre Refine customer communication to align with brand positioning Closely work with central teams (Marketing, Campaigns, Call Centre, Channel) and in clinic team ( Area Business Managers, Clinic Heads, Patient Counsellors) to execute the strategy Building network and creating awareness amongst healthcare professions through meetings, conferences, digital updates Plan and monitor clinic level revenue and profitability KPI: Qualifications: Post-Graduation in Management Studies from Tier 1/2 institute Minimum 5 years of experience in retail marketing and brand management Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the healthcare sector and retail organisations Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Company: QI Spine Interested talent can email their updated resume to riya.panchal@qispine.com Riya Panchal | Talent Acquisition M: +91 9076213022 W: www.qispine.com
