Job Role:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth across all stores.
Define operational goals, performance targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each store.
Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, such as sales, expenses, and inventory turnover, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Recruit, train, and develop store managers and operational staff to build a competent and high-performing team.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards, labor laws, and licensing regulations.
Ensure consistency, efficiency, and profitability across all stores while upholding the company's standards and objectives.
Requirement:
Bachelors degree with 10+years experience in retail operations
Proven experience in multi-store operations management, preferably in the furniture or hypermarket industry.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities.
Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance management.
