Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing retail sales operations, developing sales strategies, and managing customer relationships to maximize overall profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies (Mandatory skill).
Excellent customer relationship management skills with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences (Mandatory skill).
Strong product knowledge to effectively advise customers and drive sales (Mandatory skill).
In-depth understanding of retail operations including sales processes, store management, and customer service.
Strong team management skills, capable of leading and motivating sales staff to achieve targets.
Experience in inventory management with the ability to maintain optimum stock levels and reduce wastage.
Proficient in market analysis to understand market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Excellent negotiation skills to deal with suppliers, vendors, and customers effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement retail sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
Supervise and lead the retail sales team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Oversee product knowledge training for the sales team to enhance customer service and sales performance.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure effective inventory management practices.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best prices and quality for products.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales operations.
