Job Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level Retail Store Manager to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, focused on managing retail operations and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Skills
Extensive customer service experience with a proven track record in resolving customer issues and complaints (Mandatory skill)
Proficient in sales management, with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team to meet and exceed targets (Mandatory skill)
Strong vendor management skills, including negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships (Mandatory skill)
Expertise in visual merchandising, including setting up eye-catching displays and optimizing store layout
Experience in inventory management, including stock control, loss prevention, and ordering processes
Leadership abilities to manage and mentor a team, encouraging professional growth and maintaining high team morale
Sound understanding of budgeting processes, including forecasting sales and managing expenses

Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee all daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to boost store performance
Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing new suppliers and negotiating contracts
Ensure the store is optimally stocked, managing inventory levels and reordering stock when necessary
Set up and maintain attractive visual displays that align with store branding and appeal to customers
Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports to share with senior management
Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and fostering customer loyalty
