Retention Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Owning revenue and retention campaigns on a daily/weekly basis
2. Ensuring report creation and insight gathering of retention campaigns
3. Understanding campaign data and optimizing campaigns
4. Interacting with core teams and own calendar for push notifications
5. Interacting with core teams and owning In-app banners, In-app popups
6. Understanding in-depth performance/reports from campaigns and working on optimization
7. Doing content iterations of the campaign calendar
8. Thinking out of the box ideas/functionalities that help us innovate our platform over competitors for better user engagement

Candidate requirements:

1. 1-3 years of work experience
2. Have worked on CRM/Automation tools such as Mo-engage/CleverTap/Web-engage/Marketo
3. Hands-on experience in MS Excel is a must
4. Experience in real money gaming, E-commerce, and startup will be considered a plus
5. Basic knowledge of SQL is mandatory
