Revenue Operations Assistant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure utmost accuracy and completeness of raw data
2. Work on CRM data hygiene & compliance check to ensure data accuracy
3. Work on monitoring CRM activity and fixing broken data & clean-ups
4. Work on data/document collation from the team to ensure data completeness and readiness for various reports
5. Work on data entry & reconciliation

Requirements:

1. Experience in CRM systems is desirable
2. Work well within a team and independently
3. Professional & presentable demeanor
4. Flexible & works to deadlines
5. High degree of accountability
6. Good knowledge & understanding of the BFSI sector (preferred)
7. Bachelor's degree in any management field & high scores in Mathematics
8. 1+ years of experience with the right attitude for learning
9. Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
